Fall Party!

Our Fall Party is on October 17th at Thunderbird Stables for a hayride and bonfire. Husbands are welcome! The club is supplying the hot dogs, buns, and s'mores makings. Please bring a side dish to share and drinks just for your family. And, if you have them, sticks for roasting. Don't forget to RSVP by Tuesday, October 6th if you are coming. You can RSVP to Amanda, Mary, or to our group email. Can't wait!

Teen Pregnancy Center

Members of our club have donated baby clothes and toys to the new moms at the Teen Pregnancy Center at Norman High School this fall.

Second Chance

We donated supplies to Second Chance Animal Shelter.  Members of our club donated money, paper towels, dog and cat food, towels, and toys for the animals at the shelter.

Muffins for Moms

In honor of Mother's Day, members of the club baked muffins and donated personal supplies and journals to the women and children living at the shelter at the Women's Resource Center.  At Muffins for Moms, we assembled two baskets, one with the muffins and one with the personal care items and journals, to give to the WRC.

TOUCH-A-TRUCK

MOMS Norman SE assists annually with Touch-A-Truck benefiting the children's area of the Norman Public Library.  Touch-A-Truck is a MOMS Club of Norman event which brings children up close and personal with over 40 different trucks and vehicles including street sweepers, medi-vac helicopters, garbage trucks, school buses, hot air balloons, cranes, police cars, ambulances, semi trucks, utility trucks, etc.  Children are encouraged to climb all over the vehicles, honk the horns, run in the trailers, sit in the buckets, and talk to the vehicle operators.  All proceeds are given to the Norman Public Library to benefit the children's area.

Boundaries

Norman, OK is chock-a-block with MOMS clubs! To join the MOMS Club^®of Norman-Southeast, you must reside within our chapter boundaries.  These are West of Flood AND south of Main until it ends and then south of Alameda and includes Noble, Purcell, Lexington, Dibble & Slaughterville.  If you live in Norman but outside our boundaries, please contact MOMS Club^® International (http://www.momsclub.org/links.html)
